Orange County is now Orange Country.
The Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday unveiled new uniforms that are — you guessed it — orange.
“A tribute to our legacy, with eyes on the future,” the team captioned a video unveiling the threads, which also feature a “refreshed version” of the team’s throwback logo depicting a vintage goalie mask in the shape of a cartoon duck’s face.
“The Ducks’ identity evolution honors Anaheim’s unique citrus heritage and the enduring spirit of hard work it symbolizes,” the team added on its website. “A refined crest inspired by the original primary design of the Mighty Ducks, this refreshed primary symbol embodies the commitment to our community and fans as we further cement our hockey legacy, carrying forward with pride and passion.”
