9/11 Victims Honored in Annual Waves of Flags Display at Pepperdine University

Nearly 3,000 flags were on display Wednesday morning at Pepperdine University. The Waves of Flags tribute to all 2,977 victims of 9/11 will remain on display for two weeks. Wendy Burch reports for the KTLA 5 Morning News on Sept. 11, 2019.
