$30,000 Reward Announced in Unsolved Mistaken-Identity Slaying in Downey

A $30,000 reward was announced Wednesday as Downey police released never before seen video from Gloria`s Restaurant and Cantina on the night that 25-year-old Christian Cervantes was shot and killed in what investigators believed was a case of mistaken identity.
