Fullerton police released surveillance footage Thursday and asked for the public’s help in identifying two men who can be seen assaulting three others, leaving one man in a coma.
A fight broke out in front of the Tuscany Club in the 100 block of North Harbor Boulevard (map) on Saturday around 2 a.m., according to a Fullerton Police Department press release.
“It’s believed that the altercation occurred as a result of the group of three males looking at the female companion of suspect No. 1 and No. 2, Fullerton police Sgt. Kathryn Hamel said.
One man fell to the ground after being punched in the face and was transported to a local trauma center where he remains in a coma.
A second victim dislocated his shoulder, was hospitalized and later released.
A third man sustained minor cuts and bruises.
One of the two men police were searching for was described as white, about 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, in his mid-20s, with a muscular build, brown eyes, a deep voice and brown, spiked hair. He was clean shaven and wearing a white long-sleeve, collared button-down shirt during the assault.
The second man was described as a white or light-skinned Hispanic, 5 foot 8 inches, 180 pounds, in his mid-20s, with a clean shave. He was wearing a red T-shirt with unknown lettering.
“Suspect No. 2 has a very distinctive set of lines that are razored into the sides of his head,” Hamel said.
The men were accompanied by a female, possibly the first man’s girlfriend. She was described as having blonde hair and wearing a white tank top.
