One person was injured following a collision between a cyclist and a vehicle in Pomona Thursday morning.
The crash took place near the intersection of West Holt Avenue and North Hamilton Boulevard (map), according to a spokeswoman from the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
One person injured in the crash was taken by ambulance to a nearby landing zone, where a helicopter transported them to an area hospital, aerial video from Sky5 showed.
The extent of the injuries were unknown and it was unclear what may have caused the crash.
West Holt Avenue west of North Hamilton Boulevard was expected to be closed for several hours due to the crash, according to a tweet from the Pomona Police Department.
