Alleged iPhone Upskirt Peeper Busted at Costco

OXNARD, Calif. (KTLA) — A Ventura County man has been arrested on suspicion of using an iPhone to videotape under women’s clothing.

Oxnard police say 39-year-old Mario Ceveda, of Santa Paula, was arrested on Saturday at Costco in the 2000 block of East Ventura Boulevard in Oxnard.

Detectives believe he recorded women at other locations in Ventura County, including Target in Camarillo.

Police are seeking the public’s help locating anyone who has information on Ceveda, or who may have seen him at any business in Ventura County.
