There seem to be whale spouts everywhere at the moment. In Los Angeles County, Harbor Breeze Cruises reports seeing 15-20 whales, Fin Whales and Blue Whales in the area. Whale experts at the Aquarium of the Pacific says blue whales are come up from Costa Rica to feed for the summer.
